Information we collect
Identity and contact details, practitioner registration details, health history, symptoms, appointments, prescriptions, reports, communications, service requests and payment records.
Why we use it
To operate accounts, support care, prepare prescriptions, schedule visits, deliver requested services, process payments, keep safety records and meet legal obligations. AI summaries assist preparation and do not diagnose or replace clinical judgment.
Who receives it
Your chosen practitioner and only the laboratory, pharmacy, hospital or specialist you choose for a request. Payment providers receive the minimum payment information needed. We do not sell health data.
Retention and security
We retain information while needed for care, safety, disputes and applicable medical-record laws. Access is restricted and recorded. Deletion requests may be partly declined where records must lawfully be retained.
Your rights
You may access, correct and download your data, withdraw consent, request deletion, view record access history, and raise a grievance from the patient portal.
